House Manager

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates. This is a contract job with a free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all household staff, including cleaners, cooks, and drivers
- Create and maintain schedules for staff duties and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Plan and coordinate household events, including parties or gatherings
- Oversee household budgets and expenses, ensuring financial records are accurate
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and make necessary purchases
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the property as needed
- Act as a liaison between the employer and vendors or service providers
- Ensure security measures are in place for the safety of the residence and its occupants
- Handle special requests or projects from the employer with discretion

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage staff members from various backgrounds
- Familiarity with household budgets and financial management
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time contract job with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will live on-site in private quarters within the residence. A free visa and ticket will be provided by the employer.
