PMC Island Manager
K Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a PMC Island Manager role for an ADNOC Offshore project based in Abu Dhabi. Profile matching below criteria only will be contacted.
Qualifications- Minimum 20+ years of overall experience in Oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum 15+ years in FEED/EPC contract execution.
- Minimum 8+ years of prior offshore project experience (additional advantage).
- At least 5+ years of experience in Artificial Island Projects within offshore locations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/EPC projects (> US $ 1 billion).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (MUST).
- Stakeholder Coordination with EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics, IPMT Projects and support teams.
- Incident Management as Incident Commander, ensuring integrated ERP systems and emergency preparedness.
- Operational Oversight of the Al Omairah Island Temporary Accommodation Camp and associated utilities.
- Welfare Compliance for all personnel through audits and meetings.
- Space Management for EPC Contractors, Drilling, Logistics and projects on the island plot plan.
- Transportation Management, including vehicle movement, marine logistics and site access.
- Medical Coordination with medical personnel for emergencies.
- HSE Compliance across the island, including waste management systems.
- Harbor Management and materials handling for marine and aviation operations.
- Leadership and Strategic Oversight for all departments and project package teams via SIMOPS.
- Conflict Resolution and stakeholder expectation management.
- Resource Optimization for manpower, equipment and materials on the island.
- Regulatory Compliance and operational excellence aligned with corporate objectives.
- Daily Coordination meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Primary point of contact between the island team and headquarters/projects leadership.
- Establishment of clear communication protocols across all departments and project package teams.
