10+ years in TIC Nationality

Job Purpose:
To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.
- Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.
- Manage full P&L, ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.
- Oversee lab operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to ISO/internal standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
- Education:
B.Sc. / B.E. in Science or Engineering. - Experience:
Min. 10 years in the TIC industry, with exposure to minerals/coal. - Skills:
Strong commercial acumen, client management, team leadership, and knowledge of UAE regulations.
