Job DescriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with company standards, client objectives, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Contribute to strategic decision-making to drive successful project execution, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction company and the client, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns, and translate them into actionable plans for smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal management, addressing issues promptly and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless execution of all activities. Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, schedules, method statements, and material submittals. Monitor site performance, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budget limits, and quality requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, working closely with HSE teams to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Manage project financials, including cost control, resource allocation, variation orders, and progress billing. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to evaluate work status, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum. Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and records required for internal review and customer submission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in managing construction projects (high-rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and technical.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) is preferred.
- Knowledge of local authorities, building regulations, and safety standards (UAE experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
