The role holder is responsible to oversee and coordinate activities of employees engaged in polishing and tinting of vehicles, ensuring that quality is continuously being improved and resources are maximized.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the VAS operations ensuring output is of high quality and meet all related Key Performance Indicators (Sold Hours, NPS, Productivity & efficiency)
• Responsible for achieving targeted penetration through all internal channels.
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with VAS Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Department for a smooth & continuous purchasing process.
• Consistently supervise and monitor the technicians’ performance, assuring high efficiency and productivity. Select suitable technicians for training programs, monitor their skills and capabilities, and periodically review training requirements.
• Monitors the quality and quantity of work done, time taken, attitude at work, as well as adherence to 5S.
• Coordinate with HR department for hiring new employees and familiarize each employee with company policies and individual responsibilities.
• Identify new opportunities to expand VAS business by adding new services and enlarging the operational team and prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and projects.
• 8 to 10 years in a related field/role.
• Able to follow and provide instructions.
• Proven ability to work independently and with others.
• Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
• Professional certification (preferred).
