• Deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors.
• Lead discipline‑specific areas using advanced technical expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Apply value management techniques to optimise project outcomes.
• Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
• Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net zero.

• Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is essential.
