Réalis is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and work on newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high‑profile projects.

Réalis seeks a senior professional with a proven record in large multi‑functional projects, strong negotiation and claims experience, and a comprehensive understanding of contract and framework agreements. The role will involve reviewing, drafting and managing contracts, evaluating operations at every project phase, and ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual terms.
- Expert in reviewing, understanding and applying contracts and framework agreements.
- Experience drafting contract particulars and appendices, compiling tender documents, negotiating tenders, and providing analysis and recommendations.
- Capable of reviewing existing operations through all project pre‑ and post‑contract phases, both in office and on site.
- Assess strengths and weaknesses and assist in compiling bespoke processes covering quality, progress, commercial matters, contractual matters, value, safety, design and construction.
- Demonstrable track record as a Commercial / Contracts Manager delivering large multi‑functional projects.
- Strong negotiation and claims experience on major projects.
- Proven commercial and contractual acumen.
- Management of contractual correspondence, providing advice and drafting appropriate responses.
- Knowledge of project controls, especially change management procedures.
- Comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations – capable of driving successful delivery.
- Effective at building good working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with clients.
- Assess and evaluate independent consultants appointed by the client, reviewing and reporting on their compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
- Assess and evaluate Atkins
Réalis compliance with contractual terms and obligations, providing recommendations for improvement. - Reports directly to the Commercial Director for PDO, integrating fully with the PDO team and supporting PMC’s where applicable with contract administration and management.
- Deputies for PDO Commercial Director when required.
- Degree qualified (BSc / MSc) with professional recognition (MRICS / FRICS) and senior professional level experience in project delivery of large projects.
- 10+ years of experience, preferably similar to this client / consultant project / role.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
