A global consulting firm is seeking a PMO Lead for a Smart Metering initiative in the Middle East. The successful candidate will establish programme governance, reporting, and coordination with the Programme Manager. Responsibilities include developing integrated programme plans, managing risks, and ensuring quality documentation. Candidates should have experience in PMO roles for large-scale projects and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Familiarity with MS Project and Power BI is essential. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
