Assistant Manager - Admin & Security

Location:

Kavaladara, Maharashtra

• Supervision of support provided by IFM partner for all Site O&M or Project teams in the cluster to include routine administration, facility, maintenance and office management
• Ensuring suitable lodging and boarding facilities for Project and O&M Site teams is provided by the IFM partner including selection, hiring, furnishing and operations in terms of Guest Houses
• Ensure availability of suitable transport as per company norms and SOP at best costs for employee transportation for sites within the cluster through respective cab aggregator
• Overall responsible for effective vendor management for administrative services within the cluster to include sourcing, negotiation, billing, cost optimization, analysis, and departmental MIS
• Supervising that statutory compliances, lease deeds, office regulations and documentation of manpower of IFM partner is in order
• Ensure execution of HR, CSR and HSE related events/initiatives within the cluster and provide support to all Depts for Site level activities
• Inter-departmental support
• Handling and assisting other teams of the company in statutory compliances with respect to land and legal aspects
• Support to HR, CSR and HSE for execution of site level initiatives as per requirement from the concerned department and provision/coordination of all related requirements
• Handling pandemic / heavy rains / floods / forest fire and other such challenging situations
• Safety and wellbeing of all employees in th cluster and coordination for any medical and other emergency situations.
