We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, an understanding of the industry and customer service, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in an operational role in a similar industry. A degree in management or another related field is preferred but not mandatory. You should have excellent communication skills, be familiar with current industry trends, and be able to work with minimal supervision. You should also have strong knowledge of customer service standards and the ability to manage staff effectively.
