We are seeking a Contracts Manager with strong expertise in pre- and post-award contracts within large-scale Oil Gas process plant construction projects particularly from the subcontracts CMEI perspective
Key Responsibilities- Pre-award Review of contract clauses commercial conditions during bidding tendering stage
- Post-award Full lifecycle contract management including drafting letters managing claims change orders and correspondence
- Involvement in claims methodology arbitration and dispute resolution
- Good understanding of CAR insurance primary secondary insurance coverage
- Close coordination with project legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or Construction Management
- Additional certifications in Contract/Claims Management or Arbitration (preferred)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in contracts management within Oil & Gas EPC or process plant construction
- Proven track record handling CMEI subcontracting packages
- Strong background in both pre- and post-award contract phases
