Operations Manager

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient execution of all fit-out and interior design projects Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures Manage project planning scheduling and resource allocation Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to required quality standards Monitor project performance costs productivity and profitability Coordinate with design engineering procurement production and site teams Manage subcontractors suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Review and approve project execution plans and work schedules Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and regulatory requirements Lead mentor and evaluate project managers site managers engineers and operational staff Monitor and enforce Health Safety and Environmental HSE standards across projects Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions Resolve project-related issues escalations and resource conflicts Prepare operational reports forecasts and performance updates for management Maintain strong relationships with clients consultants contractors and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency quality and customer satisfaction Support business development by providing operational input for tenders and proposals Ensure effective utilization of manpower equipment and company resources Approve project execution plans and operational schedules Allocate manpower equipment and operational resources across projects Assign duties and responsibilities to project and site teams Approve operational expenditures within approved budgets and delegated authority limits Recommend recruitment promotion training disciplinary actions and termination of operational staff Select evaluate and recommend subcontractors and suppliers Negotiate operational aspects of contracts procurement and service agreements Enforce compliance with company policies quality standards and HSE requirements Suspend or stop work activities that pose safety risks quality concerns or contractual non-compliance Escalate major operational financial or contractual issues to senior management Approve operational reports progress updates and project status submissions Initiate process improvement and cost-saving initiatives Participate in management meetings and strategic decision-making processes related to operations and project delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Project Management.
• 12+ years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, renovation or construction
• Project Management Certification PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Project Management is preferred.
