Project Manager (×2)SALES & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Reports to Senior Project Manager /Operations Director
Department Sales & PM
Direct reports None (matrix authority overcrew on assigned jobs)
Location Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi(regular on-site time)
Role summaryRuns small to medium eventsend-to-end. Working their way toward Senior PM.
Key responsibilities- Take handoff from Sales on assigned jobs; build spec, equipment list, crew plan, schedule.
- Build and own the job budget.
- Issue the Call Sheet for assignedevents at least 48h before call time.
- Coordinate with Warehouse on prepand any sub-rental needs.
- Book freelance crew within the approved roster.
- On-site for load-in, show, andload-out.
- Lead post-event debrief; reconcilecosts and raise the invoice.
- 3+ years in AVL or event production, ideally with PM or coordinator experience.
- Solid technical literacy across audio, lighting, and video.
- Strong organisation; uses therental system and the calendar religiously.
- Comfortable client-facing.
- UAE driving licence essential.
