Client of Aventus Global Talent is seeking an Executive Director Head of Business Governance to lead the First Line of Defence governance and controls across Investment Banking. You will establish and embed a robust governance framework in Abu Dhabi, working closely with Risk, Compliance and control functions.
You will oversee risk tracking, KRIs and issue remediation, chair governance reporting, and coordinate with regulatory examinations and reporting to strengthen risk management
