Strategic
- Sales Performance Management - Execute branch sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target for both new and pre-own business.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor branch budget, operating expenses and profitability. Controlling cost and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Drive add-on product to increase profitability. - Operational Excellence and Risk Management - Oversee daily branch operation in with compliance set by the Company and other stakeholder. Responsible on the showroom inventory and display standard as per OEM. Implement set mandate by HSSE
- Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train and retain high performing associate both frontline and support. Support the Head of Sales in areas of training and development defined by the AG Auto way of selling. - Customer Relationship Management- strategy focuses on driving sales, retention, and loyalty while ensuring consistent customer experience across sales and aftersales.
- Monitor daily activities and track performance metrics and implement corrective to address shortfall. Conduct regular meetings.
- Track customer discount, trade-in values, cash flows, AR, second facing to maximize every sales opportunity and margin retention.
- Work Closely with Aftersales for customer excellence and smoother operational synergy
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation in prompt manner, overseeing customer touchpoints as per sales process journey.
- Drive the employee and customer engagement program by foster training, development and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance of the company policy and implement risk mitigation measure through regular spot check audit.
- Protect branch assets and data by enforcing security protocols and promptly addressing operational incidents.
- Implement efficient inventory control to ensure optimal vehicle availability while avoiding overstocking or excessive transfer
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting sales, forecast, sales inventory and financial data.
