As part of our expansion strategy we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing and industrial projects
- Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies
- Oversee project execution to ensure delivery within scope time and cost constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production procurement and quality
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project lifecycle
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master s preferred)
- 8 12+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems)
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
