Farm Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations in Abu-Dhabi This position requires someone with a strong background in farming preferably with experience in managing large-scale farms The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agricultural techniques and practices as well as proven leadership skills

• Plan organize and coordinate farm activities such as planting harvesting and irrigation
• Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures when necessary
• Manage the farm budget and ensure cost-effective operations
• Supervise and train farm workers to ensure efficient performance
• Maintain records of crop yields expenses and other important data
• Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment and facilities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in farming techniques

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience working on a farm with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven knowledge of farming techniques and practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
• Fluent in English knowledge of any other language is a plus
