, we're not just building charging networks — we're powering the electric future of the Middle East. We're looking for a Director of Project Management to own end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure projects across the region.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth — accountable for P&L, client relationships, and building teams that scale.

• Lead PM teams to hit financial & operational targets every quarter
• Own project profitability from presales pricing to post-delivery closure
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Etisalat & enterprise clients
• Direct full project lifecycle: surveying, acquisition, implementation, H&S
• Design short & long-term execution plans within budget
• Manage workforce utilization across all projects & regions
• Drive innovation, culture, and continuous improvement within the PM function

• Bachelor's in Telecom/IT/Computer Science Engineering
• MBA
• 10–12 years in project management leadership — telecom, infrastructure, or utility sector preferred
• P&L ownership experience (multi-million AED/USD projects)
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships
• Background in EV/electrical infrastructure is a strong plus
• Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)
• Work on one of the fastest-growing EV ecosystems in the GCC
• Direct exposure to GM level & board-level strategy
