General Manager - F&B Multi Concepts

We are seeking a dynamic GM to lead the launch readiness and operational execution of new retail and F&B concepts across our growing portfolio.

This role is responsible for translating design and project delivery milestones into full operational launch readiness, overseeing systems, supply chain, recruitment and training, SOP rollouts, vendor integration, marketing operations, and opening execution. Working closely with project delivery teams, brand owners, developers, and internal leadership to ensure every opening achieves the brand’s performance standards, guest experience expectations, and operational integrity.

• Inspire and manage a diverse team across management, front office, finance, back office and administration.
• Develop skills of the management team in accordance with the succession planning goals set by the company
• Develop and implement operating standards, policies, and procedures to be followed by the management team
• Partner with various stakeholders to achieve or exceed targets and executed to standards
• Assists and conducts conflict resolution, corrective actions and coaching
• Oversee and ensure that employee performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner

• Oversee in house accounting role. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial statements and reports, and provide controls to ensure proper handling and accounting for all restaurant receipts
• Full P&L responsibility of agreed budgeted KPIs.
• Consistently monitor sales and expenses, approving all purchase orders before they are executed
• Oversee and develop beverage program including partnerships on a regular basis
• Maintain an awareness of external factors (including competitors, Government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to operational activities) which could impact the business.
• Review, improve, and implement all brand/partner/third-party heads of terms and contracts.
• Actively pipeline and network with external brands & support teams to ensure a strong curation of options is always available.
• Collaborate with brands and the Director of Operations on final menu selection, pricing strategy, and ongoing change requests.
• Evaluate all brand operations and meet with each brand on a monthly basis to review performance and ensure the venue maintains its unique identity and reputation within the market.

• Ensure inventory levels are maintained to facilitate proper restaurant operations, enforce strict inventory controls, and participate in monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the venue's preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure that all products are received in accordance with set receiving policies and procedures.
• Ensure that FOH & BOH teams are working smoothly
• Ensure health & safety requirements follow municipality & civil defence reqyirements, and ensure all managers are kept abreast of any changes in the law.
• Develop landlord relationships to ensure great working relationships and contract longevity.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations on capex spend requirements for the market, for yearly financial budgeting and implementation at local level within agreed budgets.
• Operational implementation of all cost-saving measures; work with the Director of Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities at OPEX level.
• Ensure business continuity by consistently reviewing local implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance, health and safety, food, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Hold regular meetings with the ARM HR team on UAE employment laws and ensuring the business is protected.
• Maintain awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, and current or proposed legislation relating to operational activities) which could impact the business.
• In partnership with the Director of Operations, negotiate all initial agreements with new brands in a timely manner.
• Review, improve, and implement all concessions/brand/partner/third-party heads of terms and contracts.
