House Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently seeking a highly competent and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large household in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and staff members. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided.

• Oversee the smooth functioning of the household, including managing staff schedules, coordinating events and appointments, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and equipment, place orders when necessary.
• Manage household budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of household appliances.
• Supervise domestic staff including housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, etc. Provide training when needed.
• Handle household accounts such as bill payments and financial records.
• Ensure that all security measures are implemented to protect the household.
• Plan menus for meals and oversee meal preparation.
• Act as a liaison between the family members and other staff to ensure open communication.

• Proven experience as a house manager or similar role in a high-end household.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage employees effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and record keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when needed.

$1800 per month with accommodation provided.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
