Farm Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and equipment maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing a team of farm workers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Plan and coordinate daily farm activities according to seasonal schedules
• Supervise a team of farm workers and assign tasks as needed
• Ensure all crops are planted, watered, and harvested in a timely manner
• Monitor crop health and implement measures to prevent pest infestations or disease outbreaks
• Maintain farm equipment and schedule repairs or replacements as necessary
• Keep accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other important data
• Implement safety protocols for all workers on the farm

• Minimum of 3 years experience working on a farm, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance
• Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Physically fit with the ability to work long hours outdoors
• Fluency in any language is required

We offer competitive salary starting at 1300$ per month depending on experience and qualifications.
