Learning and Development Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and performance-driven Learning & Development Manager to join our expanding real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the company’s end-to-end learning and development strategy, building a scalable Real Estate Academy
, standardizing onboarding and sales capability across all branches, developing high-performing teams and future leaders, and establishing a measurable, performance-driven learning ecosystem that directly supports productivity, revenue growth, employee retention, and organizational excellence.

• Develop and execute the company's multi-branch L&D strategy
  , aligned with corporate vision, expansion plans, commercial objectives, and organizational culture.
• Establish learning standards, competency frameworks, career pathways, certification structures, and development tracks.
• Build the architecture for a scalable Real Estate Academy capable of supporting multiple branches and international markets.
• Establish standardized advanced learning programs, L&D policies, processes, assessment methodologies, and quality-control mechanisms.
• Analyze baseline business metrics including sales productivity, conversion ratios, lead response, listings, leasing performance, revenue contribution, retention, ramp-up time, and individual/team performance

• Identify capability gaps, performance bottlenecks and translate business-performance challenges into targeted learning interventions.
• Develop training needs analysis (TNA) methodologies linked directly to commercial KPIs.
• Redesign and standardize the end-to-end onboarding journey for new joiners across all branches.
• Build structured 30/60/90-day ramp-up programs designed to accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Create role-specific onboarding pathways for consultants, leasing specialists, sales managers, branch managers, and corporate functions.
• Standardize the company's sales methodology, client engagement approach, prospecting standards, qualification process, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and follow-up frameworks
  .
• Build a structured Leadership Development Academy for Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and future executives.
• Develop programs around coaching, performance management, delegation, accountability, communication, conflict management, decision-making, and commercial leadership.
• Introduce manager-as-coach frameworks to ensure learning is reinforced inside the branches.
• Create centralized learning standards with appropriate localization for individual markets.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Sales Training, Talent Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating within the real estate industry at Senior Manager / Head of L&D / Academy / Talent Development level.
• Strong experience building sales academies, corporate academies, onboarding frameworks, and competency-based learning programs
  .
• Strong understanding of sales performance, commercial KPIs, productivity, conversion, pipeline management, and performance management
  .
• Demonstrated experience supporting new market launches, organizational expansion, or internationalization is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, competency frameworks, coaching, facilitation, and assessment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology, learning analytics, competency assessment, and training effectiveness measurement

• Experience implementing or managing an LMS/LXP or digital learning ecosystem
