We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Develop and implement strategies for improving overall company operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients
• Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month
