• Full-time

• Lead and support airport operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain seamless airport operations across all shifts.
• Oversee critical operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements whilst contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate activities and resolve operational challenges in our dynamic 24/7 environment.
• Develop your supervisory and leadership capabilities through hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to best practices across Etihad's operations.
• Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation, supporting Etihad's commitment to world-class aviation standards.
• Embrace diverse working environments and adapt to evolving operational needs across our airport network.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree completed in the last three years.
• UAE nationals, aged 21 or older with a valid family book.
• Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males).
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Are ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride.
• Are open to working at airports outside the UAE.
