Facilities Management Manager

Khadamat Facilities Management LLC, a joint venture between Solutions+ (a Mubadala company) and Serco, is looking for an experienced Manager – Facilities Management to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee daily facilities operations, lead facilities teams, manage budgets and service-provider contracts, and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality integrated facilities management services.

• Oversee hard and soft facilities management services
• Lead and manage facilities teams to achieve service excellence
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, SLAs, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate emergency maintenance and repair activities
• Support facility upgrades, improvement projects, and asset‑management plans
• Identify innovative solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing large‑scale facilities and diverse teams
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft services management
• Experience in contract management and vendor negotiations
• Strong budgeting, project management, and financial management skills
• Professional facilities management certification is preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
