Airport Duty Officer - UAE Nationals
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and support airport operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain seamless airport operations across all shifts
- Oversee critical operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements whilst contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate activities and resolve operational challenges in our dynamic 24/7 environment
- Develop your supervisory and leadership capabilities through hands‑on experience, mentoring, and exposure to best practices across Etihad's operations - Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery

- Have a Bachelor’s degree completed in the last three years
- UAE nationals, aged 21 or olderwith a valid family book
- Have a completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males)
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Are ready to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment
- Can wear the Etihad uniform with pride
- Are open to working at airports outside the UAE
