Chief Business Officer - Strategic Growth & Partnerships

Operating across multiple markets, the business partners with government and enterprise stakeholders to deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives and is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion.

• Define and execute the organisation's global growth strategy
• Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across international markets
• Develop and strengthen strategic government and enterprise partnerships
• Align business development, partnerships and marketing activities around a unified agenda
• Drive commercial planning, forecasting and performance management
• Build scalable operating models, processes and growth frameworks
• Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing international team

• 15+ years' experience in growth, commercial, business development or sales leadership roles
• Proven success selling complex technology, transformation or consulting solutions into government and/or enterprise customers
• Demonstrated experience leading international expansion and multi-country growth initiatives
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite, board-level and government stakeholders
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing commercial organisations
• Experience with in technology, digital transformation, Gov Tech, enterprise software or related sectors preferred
