We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Manager to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management practices in large‑scale themed entertainment and leisure development projects such as theme parks, water parks, public venues, attractions, recreational facilities, etc.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the project's HSE Management System.
• Provide strategic HSE guidance and support to the PMC team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Promote a proactive and positive safety culture through visible leadership, engagement, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct project HSE meetings and provide professional HSE input to support safe project delivery.

• Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with approved HSE Plans, project procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
• Evaluate, monitor, and manage contractors' HSE performance and behavioral safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve contractor HSE documentation, including HSE Plans, risk assessments, method statements, emergency response…
