Description
Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing dark stores and hiring and developing a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.
Keyjob responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
- Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
- Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams
- Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
- Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
