This role is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of office facilities and workplace services. It supports organizational efficiency by maintaining safe, compliant, and well-functioning work environments, enabling teams to operate productively and without disruption.
OFFICE MANAGER
As the Office Manager, you will manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workplace while also overseeing maintenance, security, and resource allocation.
The Office Manager will drive best practices in operational planning, sustainability, and space utilization to support organizational effectiveness.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Manage vendor contracts and security protocols for facility-related services, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee space planning, equipment deployment, and inventory management to optimize resource use.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address evolving workplace requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Monitor and manage facilities-related budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
