We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and drive operational efficiency, business performance, and sustainable growth. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee operational planning, process improvement, resource management, performance monitoring, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure efficient business operations, high service standards, effective cost management, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Lead and oversee the organization’s day-to-day operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish, improve, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize resources.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing requirements, and operational resource allocation.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop operational teams and department heads.
• Establish operational KPIs and performance targets and monitor results.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, IT, compliance, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure operational activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Manage operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Oversee vendor, supplier, and service-provider relationships where applicable.
• Support budgeting, cost-control, and financial-planning activities related to operations.
• Drive continuous-improvement and process-optimization initiatives.
• Support organizational restructuring, business expansion, and change-management initiatives.
• Ensure consistent service delivery and customer or stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain appropriate operational documentation, records, and reporting systems.
• Promote a professional, collaborative, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Represent the operations function in senior management meetings and strategic discussions.

• Strong leadership and operational-management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in operations management or business administration.
• Strong understanding of business processes, resource planning, and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
