AVP – Office Management

My client are a leader in luxury living and they are looking for an outstanding individual to support their office and facilities management across multiple locations.

• Develop and deliver a clear premises and facilities strategy aligned with 7 star customer service.
• Lead on projects such as facilities management, renovations, and cleaning.
• Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure physical spaces reflect the brand values.

• Ensure all sites operate safely, efficiently and in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Oversee all relevant contractor relationships.
• Manage premises budgets and ensure best value from suppliers and service contracts.
• Keep business continuity and emergency plans up to date and effective.

• Support the front office and reception staff, promoting excellent service and teamwork.
• Be a visible and approachable presence across our sites, responding to facilities needs and ensuring our spaces are positive and productive environments.
