Job description
- Supervise the development and enhancement of knowledge management policies and strategies, ensuring their integration with the Municipality’s plans and objectives.
- Manage the implementation of knowledge management improvement programs in coordination with organizational units and ensure their alignment with the Municipality’s strategy, while monitoring the achievement of the intended objectives and providing periodic reports to senior management.
- Design comprehensive knowledge management strategies and strengthen collaboration with external entities to exchange best practices, while ensuring the development of tools and programs that support the achievement of institutional objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop tools to measure the impact of knowledge assets and provide continuous recommendations to management to improve utilization and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Supervise the design and implementation of strategies that maximize the utilization of talents and expertise, ensuring integration among organizational units and supporting the achievement of institutional objectives.
- Supervise the implementation and updating of information security policies across the internal digital portal system to ensure compliance with approved standards and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree - Major:
Business Administration / Industrial Engineering - Experience:
13 years or more.
