Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. The position offers a salary of 1000 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, motivate staff as necessary
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations
- Train new staff on company processes and systems
- Attend meetings with senior management on behalf of the team
- Maintain records of staff attendance, performance appraisals etc.
- Assist in resolving issues between staff members
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to workplace safety in Abu-Dhabi
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- At least 5 years' experience working in a supervisory role
