General Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive organizational growth, and lead teams toward achieving company objectives. This role is responsible for business strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, and ensuring the organization operates efficiently while maintaining a strong customer and employee-focused culture.

• Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and effective organizational performance.
• Lead and manage department heads and teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, cost control, and overall business profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for business expansion and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative company culture.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management or the board.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation of new strategies, systems, and processes.

• Proven experience in General Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple departments, and drive business performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent business and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth, operational improvements, and performance targets.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
