Manager - Operations & Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our company's operations and finances in Abu Dhabi. As the Manager of Operations & Finance, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations, financial planning, and budgeting for our company. This position is open to individuals of any nationality, however, preference will be given to Indian or Malayalee candidates.

• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve business efficiency
• Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Manage relationships with banks, suppliers, and clients
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
• Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong background in finance with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Abu Dhabi is preferred but not required
