Position: Project Manager/ PMO/Consultancy

Our client is an Abu Dhabi based organization They are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Office PMO Manager to join their dynamic team

Position Overview As the PMO Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the project management processes and functions You will work closely with project managers executives and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and in line with organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities

1 PMO Oversight Establish lead and manage the Project Management Office PMO ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

2 Project Governance Define and enforce project governance standards policies and procedures Ensure compliance with industry best practices

3 Portfolio Management Oversee the organization s project portfolio prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and allocate resources efficiently

4 Methodology Development Develop and enhance project management methodologies tools and templates Provide guidance on project management best practices

5 Performance Monitoring Implement and maintain project performance measurement and reporting mechanisms Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and provide insights to improve project delivery

6 Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between project teams executives and stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status risks and issues

7 Resource Management Collaborate with resource managers to ensure optimal allocation of resources to projects Manage resource conflicts and dependencies

8 Risk Management Identify and assess project risks Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies Ensure a proactive approach to risk management

9 Training and Development Provide training and support to project managers and teams Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

10 Quality Assurance Establish and oversee project quality assurance processes Conduct project audits to ensure adherence to quality standards nbsp

Qualifications

1. Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

2. Experience in the Big Four is highly recommended

3. Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role, for at least 7 years

4. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
