- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Achieve sales revenue and collection targets while maintaining branch profitability
- Lead coach and evaluate staff to improve sales and service performance

- Ensure compliance with company procedures licensing requirements and health authority standards
- Monitor KPIs maintain accurate financial and operational records and submit regular reports
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Health Management, Public Health, or a paramedical field.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Strong sales, marketing, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and multitask.
