• • The organisation operates across multiple regions, delivering critical services to government entities, international organisations, and commercial clients in complex and high-risk environments.
  • The business is recognised for its operational excellence, ethical standards, and long-standing client relationships and is focused on sustainable growth, innovation, and value creation.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for driving business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and organisational effectiveness while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • The CEO will build upon the company's established reputation and lead a diverse, multinational workforce operating across multiple locations and challenging environments.

• • Candidates should be able to demonstrate significant leadership experience within Security Services, Defense, Risk Management, Protective Services, Crisis Management, Facilities Security, Military Support Services, or related security-focused industries.
  • Experience working with international organisations, government entities, multinational corporations, or security-focused clients managing operations in conflict zones, remote locations, or challenging environments is required.
  • This position would suit an individual who has been a former military officer, armed forces leader, law enforcement leader, or senior security professional.
