Senior Facilities Management Manager

To provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in the management of all facility related functions across multiple assets or high profile sites.

The Senior Facilities Management Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost effective delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services, while driving continuous improvement, sustainability, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional certifications such as IFMA (CFM), IWFM, NEBOSH, or PMP are highly desirable.

A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities or portfolios in sectors such as real estate, healthcare, education, retail, or hospitality.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and client/stakeholder relations.
• Strong background in FM technologies (CAFM, BMS, CMMS), sustainability programs, and project delivery.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to ROI and value engineering.
• Deep understanding of building systems, FM regulations, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a focus on outcomes.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and FM platforms (CAFM, CMMS, etc.).
