As Well Services Manager – Cementing & Pumping
, you will lead ZMI’s offshore operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery. You will oversee operational planning, personnel, equipment, and budget control while ensuring compliance with client requirements, HSE, and IMS requirements. You will also drive continuous improvement, client satisfaction, and business growth.

• Lead and manage ZMI’s offshore cementing and pumping operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore job execution, including cementing programs, pumping schedules, equipment mobilization, personnel deployment, and operational readiness.
• Provide onshore technical and operational support to offshore supervisors and crews, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and client requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance, inspection, certification, and reliability of cementing units, high-pressure pumps, batch mixers, and associated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, HSE requirements, and applicable industry regulations.
• Manage offshore personnel competency, training, performance, and resource allocation to maintain operational readiness.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, marine teams, and third-party service providers to ensure effective planning and execution.
• Manage inventory, cementing materials, chemicals, spare parts, logistics, and equipment availability for offshore operations.
• Monitor job performance, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, service quality, and equipment reliability.
• Control operational budgets, monitor costs and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in offshore service delivery.
• Support business development, tender preparation, technical proposals, and the expansion of ZMI’s cementing and pumping services.
• Conduct regular offshore visits, operational audits, and performance reviews as required to verify compliance, support field teams, and maintain service standards.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas well services, specializing in cementing and high-pressure pumping operations.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Marine, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of cementing units, pump units, batch mixers, slurry design, pumping calculations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of offshore HSE requirements, industry standards, equipment certification, and material handling.
• Knowledge of cement additives, chemical handling, storage, emergency response, and disposal procedures.
• Proven experience in operational leadership, personnel management, coaching, and competency development.
• Experience in budget control, cost management, resource planning, and operational performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of client requirements, offshore logistics, marine operations, and industry market trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple operations.
