Director - Project Management

Lead the Project Management function establishing governance and controls for the project portfolio

Oversee planning execution and delivery of strategic and operational projects ensuring alignment with business objectives

Develop project portfolios schedules budgets and resource plans managing key milestones

Enhance PMO standards methodologies and reporting mechanisms ensuring project controls

Provide executive-level reporting on project performance risks dependencies and budget status

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams managing stakeholder engagement and communication

Proactively identify and manage project risks issues and scope changes ensuring timely mitigation

Ensure projects meet quality safety financial and operational requirements monitoring performance

Drive effective resource allocation and prioritization across projects and business demands

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned and project performance analysis

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management. Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or a related field is an advantage. Strong professional proficiency in English, with Arabic as an added advantage. Minimum 12 years of relevant project management experience, including complex projects. Proven senior project leadership or PMO experience. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Strong experience in PMO governance, risk management, and resource planning. Experience in managing senior stakeholders and providing executive-level reporting. Track record of delivering projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to handover.
