Operations Management
Lead and manage project control functions for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost control, forecasting, and progress monitoring.
Prepare project reports, performance analysis, and management dashboards.
Monitor project risks, variances, and corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to support project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 15+ years of Project Controls experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, and project reporting.
Proven experience managing project control teams and large-scale EPC projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and project performance management tools.
PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, or equivalent certification preferred.
ADNOC/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
