Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services across client sites in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, health & safety compliance, client satisfaction, and the effective management of FM teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hard and soft FM operations across assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability.
• Manage budgets, service reports, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services, MEP systems, and HSE practices.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
