We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Utilities Operations Director to oversee facilities management, utilities operations, and infrastructure performance. The ideal candidate will have strong operational leadership and strategic planning skills to ensure reliable services, optimize resources, maintain safety standards, and support the organization's long-term operational goals.

• Develop and implement facilities and utilities operations strategies.
• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Ensure the reliable delivery of essential services, including water, electricity, and HVAC systems.
• Establish operational standards, maintenance schedules, and performance targets.
• Manage facilities budgets, operating costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead facilities, maintenance, and utilities teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in facilities management, utilities operations, or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and utility services.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and service providers.
• Excellent budgeting, planning, and resource management skills.
