We are seeking a reliable and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxurious household in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and drivers
- Create and maintain schedules for staff duties and ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Oversee the maintenance of the household, including cleaning, laundry, and repairs
- Manage household inventory and purchases, ensuring availability of necessary supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs or services needed for the household
- Plan and organize events or gatherings at the residence
- Act as a liaison between the family members and staff, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding family matters
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high-end household
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent managerial skills with proven ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of household maintenance and management procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
