We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, complete administrative duties, and ensure that team members are adequately trained and supported in their roles.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Performing administrative duties such as filing paperwork and updating records
• Training new employees on company policies and procedures
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints or other issues that may arise from time to time
• Identifying areas for improvement in efficiency or customer service
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email
• Developing strategies for increasing customer satisfaction
  
  Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback accordingly

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
• Proven problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
