Aldar is hiring an assistant vice president for its enterprise project management office to run strategic projects and lead the office's AI transformation.
What the role involves- Take end-to-end ownership of the most strategic projects and programmes in the group
- Build AI agents, automations and tools that improve productivity and management insight
- Set up frameworks, milestones and risk escalation for initiatives, and report progress to management
- Review the quality of project plans and deliverables and manage change requests
- At least 8 years of experience in a project management office role, managing full project life cycles with teams of 5 or more stakeholders
- Experience building and deploying AI tools, agents or automations in a business; real estate PMO experience preferred
- Python and SQL, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure;
Agile delivery - Bachelor degree in business management, computer science or a related field; AI and PMP certification are an advantage
