- Lead and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
- Oversee risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Monitor HSE performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and mentor HSE teams, ensuring effective implementation of safety practices.
- Coordinate HSE training, toolbox talks, emergency preparedness, and safety awareness initiatives.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on HSE matters.
- Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and drive continual improvement.
- Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or above.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
- ISO 45001 training/certification.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant HSE experience.
- At least 3 years in an HSE managerial role.
- Airport construction project experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
