About the job Plastic (HDPE) Fabricator JOB OBJECTIVE:

Perform duties and responsibilities as Plastic (HDPE) Fabricator as assigned by the Lead Plastic Fabricator.

• Execute tasks according to the daily production schedule provided by the Lead or Supervisor.
• Develop layouts and plan sequences of operations, utilizing knowledge of trigonometry, stock allowances for thickness, machine and welding shrinkage, and the physical properties of materials.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including Jigsaw, micro extruder and reciprocating saw.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts together with precision.
• Verify that work pieces conform to specifications using measuring tools such as squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
• Proficient in butt fusion and electro fusion welding techniques. Experience in onsite HDPE Welding.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to company HSE policies and procedures, promptly reporting any unsafe practices to the immediate supervisor.

• High school (minimum) and preferably with specific skills relevant for production activities.
• Preferably Certified HDPE welding Butt-fusion.
• Proven work experience as a Plastic (HDPE) Fabricator in same or similar industry.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Understanding of safety and Equipment procedures.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to work at site.
